MODE OF APPLICATION ANILINE COLORS
Are tuned to enhance colour intensity, depth and brilliance
to the commendable level in any finish coat from the staining bottom to the
top. Thanks to their easy compatibility with aqueous and non- aqueous media as
well, ANILINE COLORS are immensely useful for colour adjustments in a variety
of leathers. The high concentration facilitates ANILINE COLORS to modify the
tone of leather in relatively small quantities thereby diminishing the unwanted
exposure of the leather to the solvents. ANILINE COLORS are easily miscible
with one another and any new tone can be got by permuting combinations of the
existing ones.
STORAGE STABILITY OF ANIONIC METAL COMPLEX DYE SOLUTIONS
At room temperature and when kept sealed in original
container ANILINE COLORS should remain stable for a minimum of 1 year. If the
ANILINE COLORS are exposed to prolonged cold or freezing conditions, some
gelling or precipitations of ANILINE COLORS may occur. This can generally be
reversed by heating the ANILINE COLORS to approximately 100 ° F (38 ° C) and
applying agitation.

MODE OF APPLICATION ANIONIC DYE
Liquid dyes are meant to colour finishes applied to almost
all types of leathers. AQUASHEEN colours are highly recommended for: -
• Colouring and enhancing brilliance of aniline,
semi-aniline and pigmented leathers
• Shade correction of nubuck and suede leathers
• Creating various fashion effects
ANIONIC DYE colors provide high depth and excellent
brilliance for leather finishing to meet emerging global trends and
specifications.
ANIONIC DYE colors are well equipped with excellent toning
power, homogeneous dispersion, and commendable uniformity. Ready solubility and
good emulsion stability render AQUASHEEN colors highly application-friendly
and ensure smooth staining and seasoning for mechanized bulk productions of
finished leathers. The dilution ratio with water and matching needs to be adjusted as
per the desired shade and tone. Staining can be had in the quantities of 50 – 100
gm per liter along with 20 – 50 parts of CPS penetrators. For base and
intermediate season coats, 1 - 2% of
ANIONIC DYE colors by weight intelligibly add up to
satisfactory depth and brilliance. Matching is recommended to reach the precise
tinctorial expectations.
STORAGE STABILITY OF ANIONIC DYE
At room temperature and when kept sealed in the original
container ANIONIC DYE BLACK should remain stable for a minimum of 1 year. If
the ANIONIC DYE BLACK is exposed to prolonged cold or freezing conditions,
some gelling or precipitations of ANIONIC DYE BLACK may occur. This can
generally be reversed by heating the ANIONIC DYE BLACK to approximately 100 ° F
(38 ° C) and applying agitation.
