Ammonium chloride (ammonium chloride) is a white colored crystalline material in which 25% are nitrogen. This is more merger than ammonium sulphate. Its Chemical Formula NH4CL. It is mainly used as fertilizer. Apart from this, the pure ammonium chloride comes less to make dry cell.
Methods of Production Process
Ammonium Chloride is used to manufacturing two methods.

(I). Direct Reaction Process

Process
Ammonium chloride becomes ammonium chloride on directly react with hydrogen chloride (hydrochloric acid).
NH_3 + HCl ⟶ NH_4Cl
Send hydrochloric acid solution in a reactor. After this, it sends ammonia (NH3) gas which bubble hydrochloric acid. And put water and control the reaction. After this, the Saturator received the slurry centrifuged. Then get the crystals wash with water and dry the hot air. This process is not widely use.
(II). Modified solvay process

Process
Use the Salting Out Process of Widely Soda Ash Manufacture to create ammonia chloride. This is the modification of Process Solvay Ammonia Soda Process. In this process, 30% of the ammonia treat in carbonating tower with carbon dye oxide (CO2), in which ammonium is made by carbonate. Ammonium Bai is formed as carbonate, instantly react with sodium chloride (NACL). Thereby becomes sodium bai carbonate and ammonium chloride.
NH_3 + H_2O + CO_2 ⟶ NH_4HCO_3
NH_4HCO_3 + NaCl ⟶ NaHCO_3 + NH_4Cl
Bi carbonate separates from Filchar. After this it is calcined by using it to produce in sodium carbonate process.
Ammonium chloride gets salted on the seeparation of Sodium Bicarbonate by ammoniating in Modified Solvay Process. Its aims to make the crystal of ammonium chloride by giving it the tapper of this solution to 15 °C and mixing Sodium Chloride. By the Centrifuge, by drying in Rotary Dryer, you send it to Packing Section.

i). Ammonium Chloride is used as a fertilizer. It is mainly used for paddy crop.
ii). It is used in Galvenizing and Flux in Tinning Industries.
iii). It is also used in some medicines.
iv). It is used to make battery cell.
v). It is used as flux or cleaner in the manufacture of electronic products.
