Potassium Chloride fertilizer Manufacturing Process

Raw Materials

The major RAW Materials Potash is mineral and brine to make potassium chloride. The Main Potash Mineral is Sylvinite - A Mixture of Potassium Chloride and Sodium Chloride

Manufacturing Process

Syvinite in this process are crushed in crusher, then after washing it it is mixed on the Mixer, Starcher Gum is mixed, and is mixed with the assistance of agitator. Then get the product to second mixer and when mixing is done again, it moves in flotation tank, where the compressed from the bottom is done.

And get out of the waste and move the KCL slurry from the top. Get Crystal by Centrifuge to Slurry, and get the crystal to get to dryer. After drying the Potassium Chloride is received as the product. Which send in Packing section for packing.

Uses of Potassium Chloride Fertilizer

1. It is used as compost, so that there is a good yield of crops.

2. To complete the lack of potassium, the soil (Kheto) is used.

3. It is used to increase the plants.

4. Potassium chloride is also used to treat diseases of some varieties in the plants.

5. Its industry is also done in industrial products.
