Prepare a 0.1 N and a Potassium Hydrogen Phthalate Solution

- Potassium Hydrogen Phthalate (KHP) (standard)
- Phenolphthalein (or another indicator)
- Distilled water
- Analytical balance
- Volumetric flask
- Burette
- Erlenmeyer flask
Weigh 2.04 gms of potassium hydrogen phthalate accurately and quantitatively transfer to a 100-ml volumetric flask.
Make the volume to the mark with distilled water and shake well to make a standard 0.1 (N) potassium hydrogen phthalate solution. Keep it in the volumetric flask under stoppered conditions.
